Management Seminars
The management seminars, co-sponsored with the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), help your bank achieve the management training needed to compete in todays marketplace. For over 70 years, ICBA has been the only national trade association dedicated to community banks -- aggregating their political power, providing industry information and training, and offering top notch products and services.
Seminars of interest to bank CEOs, Presidents, and the Management team might include: Increasing Shareholder Value Through Strategic Executive Compensation Planning, Community Bank Mergers and Acquisitions, Management Strategies for a Profitable Community Bank, and much more.
