Summit Programs
These programs are intense one- and two-day programs on a variety of topics for all levels of bank employees. Designed to give participants a through understanding on a given topic.
Topics include IT Security, Bank Investment Bond Basics, How to Create and Maintain a Sales Culture in a Community Bank, Operations Compliance, Lending Compliance and much more.
Sometimes summits are held in conjunction with IBAT events, such as the Winter Summit. Combining education with networking and fun activities with family participation, these summits have proven to be big hits with our members.
Current summit programs being offered by IBAT are listed on the Learning Page. A flyer for each program is included with the details about the seminar or workshop so you can print it out and fax it to us if you prefer not to register online.
