CFPB Seeks Input on TILA/RESPA Forms


As promised in our multiple meetings with Elizabeth Warren and senior staff of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) beginning last December, the agency is moving quickly to address a longstanding troublesome dilemma for both lenders and borrowers.  The CFPB  has released two prototype forms to combine and reconcile TILA and RESPA disclosures.
