Overdraft Privilege
Question: Can we remind customers about their overdraft privilege amount on our checking account statements?
Answer: Sure, but remember that Reg DD (revised effective July 1, 2006) requires extensive additional disclosures if you do so! [See 12 CFR 230.11(b).]
