Question:  We closed a home equity loan recently and failed to give the borrowers a copy of everything that they had signed.  They have a lawyer who is making litigation noises.  Help!

 

Answer:  This is perhaps one of the easiest problems to "cure."  Make 2 copies of all of the docs and deliver to the borrowers.  Copy their attorney as well.  Do this within 60 days of the notice.
