Question:  We have customers with multiple accounts with us.  Some have activity during the year and some don't.  Can we consider ALL of the accounts active?
 
Answer:  Yes.  Per the Unclaimed Property Division of the Comptroller of Public Accounts, all of the accounts would be active.  Remember, too, that if you have communications from a customer during a year, then accounts are active.
