Question:  May the bank allow candidates to place their campaign literature in the bank lobby?
 
Answer:  No.  This would constitute a non-cash corporate "contribution" to the candidate.  Remember, too, that you should not distribute slate cards (indicating support for candidates) at the teller window.  However, bank officers certainly can personally hand out slate cards.  Good locations include Rotary or Lion's Club meetings.
