Question: We suspect that one of our tellers may be involved in a kite. We aren't sure which of several it is, however. Can we require them all to take a polygraph?
Answer: No. The federal employee polygraph act puts very strict limitations on use of a polygraph. Also, be sure that your labor poster includes the disclosure about this act!
