Practices for Reducing the Risks of Corporate Account Takeover

The Texas Bankers Electronic Crimes Task Force was formed by the Texas Department of Banking in cooperation with the US Secret Service.  It is composed of operational executives from a diverse group of banks in terms of size, complexity, and market environment. Members also include the Independent Bankers Association of Texas, the Texas Bankers Association, and SWACHA.  The Task Force has developed comprehensive practices to assist banks in developing controls to mitigate the risks of Corporate Account Takeover thefts.
