Benchmark of Texas Bank Financial Literacy Practices

In 2007, the Texas Department of Banking, the Texas Bankers Foundation and the IBAT Education Foundation began an effort to benchmark the financial literacy community actions of the Texas banking industry. 2009 marks the third year of the five-year study.
