There are a variety of ways in which you and your employees can contribute to the IBAT State PAC.
Remember, you may only contribute to the IBAT PAC through a personal check, personal cashier's check or personal credit card.
IBAT Dream Vacation
Created by the IBAT Leadership Division, this event rewards some lucky recipient $5,000 CASH toward his or her Dream Vacation. Sponsors for 2013 include:
- Bank of the West, Grapevine;
- HCSB-A State Banking Association, Kerrville;
- Independent Bank, McKinney;
- TIB-The Independent BankersBank, Dallas; and
- ValueBank Texas, Corpus Christi.
The individual receiving the Dream Vacation is responsible for all taxes.
IBAT PAC Auction
Every year at the IBAT convention, the Leadership Division conducts both a silent and a live auction. IBAT members contribute various items to the auction including fishing and hunting trips, jewelry, regional specialties such as wine, sports memorabilia, and collectibles. The auction is a relatively painless and fun way to contribute to the PAC. For more information about contributions, contact Mae Beth Palone at IBAT. Then come to convention and join the party!

IBAT PAC & IBAT FedPAC Personal Check
Okay, so maybe you’re the quiet, responsible type who just wants to write out their personal check. We take those too, as long as it is a personal check, personal cashier's check or personal credit card. State and federal law prohibit corporate contributions.
IBAT PAC & IBAT FedPAC PAC Heroes
The following levels of participation include the aggregate amount you give to either the State or Federal PAC or both. The choice is yours:
- PAC Pal - $100
- PAC Friend - $101-$299
- Partner - $300-$499
- Delegate - $500-$799
- Statesman - $800-$999
- President's Circle - $1,000 +
All of our PAC Heroes are recognized during convention by special ribbons on their name badge as well as having their names listed on the special PAC Boards outside the general session.
