Board Members Should Speak Up!

You, Fat Man: Speak Up! At the end of the Oscarwinning film Unforgiven, Clint Eastwood’s character, William Munny, walks into a house of ill repute that is loaded with men organizing a posse to hunt him down and kill him, and, pointing a double-barrelled shotgun at the assembly, asks a simple question. When he receives no immediate answer, he turns to a deputy sheriff the size of the average NFL offensive lineman and suggests “You, fat man: speak up.” The fat man doesn’t speak up, a gun fight ensues, and it ends badly for many of the spectators, including the fat man.
