The First State Bank in Gainesville will celebrate its 100th Anniversary on Monday, August 15. The IBAT Board of Directors and staff would like to congratulate Chairman Frank Morris, the board of directors, officers and employees on this important milestone for the citizens of the Gainesville community, Cooke County and the Texas community banking industry.
Centennial Celebration – 100 Years of Texas State Banking - IBAT, TBA and TIB are putting together a great party in Austin on September 12 to celebrate 100 years of State-Chartered Banking in Texas. Invitations have been mailed, but we want to make sure you have the opportunity to attend this event if you would like to. RSVP forms and additional information are available here. While we can’t make that happen at the moment, we encourage you to mark your calendars for IBAT Winter Summit VI, again to be held in South Lake Tahoe January 29 – 31. We are in process of finalizing this very popular program, but will again have a panel of prominent bank regulators and banking experts to share their expertise in a relaxed, casual and beautiful environment.
