LEGAL EASE QUESTION OF THE WEEK

100 YEAR ANNIVERSARIES
Centennial Celebration – 100 Years of Texas State Banking - IBAT, TBA and TIB are putting together a great party in Austin on September 12 to celebrate 100 years of State-Chartered Banking in Texas.  Invitations have been mailed (generally to the CEOs of Texas banks), but we want to make sure you have the opportunity to attend this event if you would like to.  Please know that attendance is not limited to those receiving printed invitations!  RSVP forms and additional information are available here.  We hope to see you and your colleagues in Austin in September!

TRAILBLAZER AWARD
This year's IBAT Leadership Division Trailblazer Award honors Congressman Jeb Hensarling of Dallas.  The luncheon honoring the Congressman will be held on Wednesday, August 24 at the La Cima Club in Irving. The Congressman has been a great IBAT supporter and friend to the community banking industry.  Please make plans to attend.  To download the Response Form, click here.
