Urge Your Representative to Co-sponsor HR 5746 to Plug Industrial Bank Loophole
With barely a week left before Congress adjourns for the fall elections, ICBA is making a final push for co-sponsors for H.R. 5746, the Gillmor-Frank bill to bar commercial firms from owning ILCs. Please contact your Representative and urge him or her to sign on as a co-sponsor. We must convince Congress to act; otherwise, our fate and the future of our institutions will rest with the FDIC. |
