Section 409A Update
Section 409A is a new section of the Internal Revenue Code that deals specifically with nonqualified deferred compensation plans. The final 409A regulations were issued on April 10th in a 400-page document. Clark Consulting has been working with Texas bankers to help them address these changes, and will host a teleconference on May 24.
