Texas Bank Able to Raise $1 million - 24 bps better than Broker Rates
Texas bankers face intense competition to maintain and raise deposits. IPFS, a new IBAT endorsed provider, provides $mart deposit solutions to help banks achieve higher funding performance. Below is a story of how one Texas bank was able to achieve significant market leverage.

Problem:  A Texas bank needed to raise $1 million in a tight time frame at or below broker rates.
Solution:  The bank used IPFS’ eCD, Online CD Marketplace product to post rates and had institutional investors buy CDs directly from the bank using the eCD platform
Result:  The bank raised $1 million at 24 bps better than broker rates in three days using the eCD automated/paperless platform that virtually eliminates costly administration.
