The Labor Department reported that the U.S. economy lost 63,000 jobs in the month of February, missing economists’ job-growth expectation…The 10Yr Treasury Note currently yields 3.51%, while the 2Yr Treasury Note yields 2.42%, thus continuing the yield curve steepening…the S&P 500 Index fell to a one and a half year low, breaking a technical floor and with today’s employment figures, S&P prices are primed to fall even further…Current indications from the Fed Fund futures market show a 76% chance of a 75bps rate cut next FOMC meeting on March 18...Read more in this week's Baker Weekly.
