Talaris' Dialogue Banking Pod Debuts at Extraco Bank

Extraco is pioneering a new, but proven approach to banking by installing "dialogue banking" pods in some branches.  These pods take the place of a teller counter and allow Extraco bankers to literally stand beside their customer instead of facing them across a counter.  

Using Teller Cash Recyclers from IBAT Endorsed Talaris, Extraco eliminated the need for tellers to be locked behind a counter, since all cash is in the Recycler.  Instead of the banker counting cash for deposit or withdrawal, the Recycler performs those tasks, leaving the banker free to discuss the customer's accounts or financial needs.  

Talaris has over 25 financial institutions in the South using this model.
