What's the Difference?
Associate MembershipIn order to be an Associate Member, in addition to paying an annual membership fee, a company is required to provide IBAT with two community bank references, which are verified. IBAT's executive committee reviews the applications once a month and has the final say in accepting the applications. For Associate Members, this is the extent of the review. Associate Members receive a myriad of benefits.
Endorsed Service Providers
Experience has taught us to adopt a standard process before taking action on any endorsement. As a member service, IBAT requires a rigorous due diligence evaluation of the applicant that often minimizes the resources that member banks must spend in reviewing new products and services. The applicant is also asked to provide an annual Marketing Financial Commitment to the Board.
The ultimate decision for endorsements resides with the IBAT Services board of directors. This package describes the data and decisions that all providers must provide as they complete the application for endorsement.
IBAT endorsement status is an enviable position! We encourage you to review this package describing the process and commitments that you will want to consider.
We welcome your participation!
