The Texas Independent Bankers Magazine

¨      Solutions from Services - IBAT’s magazine, The Texas Independent Bankers, features an endorsed product each month.  The Solutions from Services column focuses on ways that the product addresses IBAT member needs, ways to market or use the product, and the added value that is available only through the bank’s membership in IBAT.  Company representatives (names and phone numbers) are always listed and we encourage member banks to initiate contact.

This brochure is a synopsis of each endorsed product that includes a categorized index of services.  To help familiarize members with the providers, logos are included along with contact names and numbers.  This brochure is initially distributed to at least four officers in each member bank and sent to each new IBAT member when they join the association.  It is also distributed widely at all IBAT educational seminars and meetings of membership.

Surveys...

We’re high on maintaining the integrity and measuring the interest for each endorsed relationship - both for the benefit of the member and the provider.  We think that this can best be accomplished by listening to comments of the users and occasionally surveying the participating members.  We feel a strong obligation to support the relationship from each point of view.

The TechMecca annual exhibit is a hot commodity! Endorsed providers are also invited to sponsor or provide "tabletop" participation at regional meetings and seminars throughout the year. 

Three prominent financial trade associations -- SWACHA, the Independent Bankers Association of Texas and Texas Credit Union League (PULSE®, IBAT and TCUL) - have joined forces to produce a technology conference for financial institutions. The groups collectively represent more than 2,300 banks, credit unions and savings and loans throughout the South and Southwest.  Each organization has historically held its own separate annual conference on technology and electronic banking and by unifying efforts the associations will achieve economies for both attendees and exhibitors.  TechMecca replaces the annual IBAT EXPO.
