Pat Cargill Honored With IBAT Excellence in Leadership Award
Pat Cargill of the First National Bank of Central Texas in Waco has been honored with the Excellence in Leadership Award presented annually by the Leadership Division of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas (IBAT).
The award was announced during the Leadership Division’s annual meeting in Galveston, signifying Cargill’s extraordinary leadership in working within the Leadership Division of the organization.
“How appropriate that Pat receive this award from her peers,” IBAT President/CEO Christopher Williston said of the honor. “Pat’s past service on the Leadership Division Board of Directors, as well as her service on the IBAT Board of Directors speaks volumes of her dedication to the community banking industry. She is one of those “go to” individuals and her dedication to her customers and her community is what a community banker is all about,” said Williston.
Cargill is Senior Vice President of the First National Bank of Central Texas and Banking Center President of the China Springs Branch Bank.
The IBAT Leadership Division prepares today’s independent bank leaders with the necessary skills to help ensure the future of the state’s community banking industry.
