The Leadership Division:

Supports the goals and objectives of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas. |

Prepares tomorrow's independent bank leaders with the necessary skills to ensure bank profitability. |

Takes an active role in influencing the legislative process, at both the state and national level. |
|
|
Instills the philosophy of independent banking in all of its programs. |
|
|
Supports the IBAT-PAC by hosting both the annual golf tournament and PAC auction. |
