2007 Nominations

While all employees are valuable, there likely is one special person in your bank who contributes above and beyond, who goes beyond the standard in character, attitude and performance. The person other employees turn to for help. The employee who goes out into the community to volunteer in schools, hospitals and other civic organizations.
If you know of someone who fits these criteria, this is your opportunity to nominate them for the 2007 Making a Difference Award. IBAT is accepting nominations for this award through June 1.
This is the third year for this prestigious award. Past recipients include:
 Cindy Larance, First State Bank, Stratford (2005)
 Lilia Escajeda, Amarillo National Bank (2006)
Rosie Perez, The National Bank of Texas at Fort Worth in Burleson (2006)
Two honorees, based on bank asset size, will be selected by an outside panel of judges and honored in ceremonies during the IBAT Education Foundation Gala in October. All nominees will be included in the IBAT magazine and on the IBAT website.
Nominees cannot include bank or branch presidents or chief executive officers.
Be detailed in your responses in order to provide the judges with the most complete overview of your nominee. Also, be sure to include a photo (digital preferred).
